To request a condo certification, please complete the form below.

The fee for a condo certification is $400.00 Check or money order must be made payable to Independent Property Management and submitted to our office. Turn around time is 48-72 hours after receipt of payment. If you require a rush on your request, there is an extra fee of $100.00 that is due.

To request a status letter, please complete the form below.

The fee for a status letter is $350. Check or money order must be made payable to Independent Property Management and submitted to our office. Turn around time is 48-72 hours after receipt of payment. If you require a rush on your request, there is an extra fee of $100 that is due. The full name of seller, buyer and the prospective date of closing is required for us to release the information.
