History

Independent Property Management (IPM)

Independent Property Management (IPM) began serving homeowners in 1994. The company embraced a vision of what property management should be and wanted to bring that style to the marketplace. IPM operated in Canton, Garden City and is now located in Plymouth, Michigan. Independent Property Management (IPM) has been under new ownership since 2018.

We are a family-based company that believes in our residents. The management team at IPM has cumulative experience of more than 25 years with a very stable staff. We are very proud of our client base, many of whom IPM has served for more than 15 years.

Our management practices are focused on working with your entire community to enhance the value and lifestyle of every resident. Our philosophy is "We do not strive to be the biggest property management company, simply the best!" That is our commitment to every association we serve.
